ROOMS
When preparing the rooms, it is important to pay particular attention to the sheets, pillows and covers. Check and ensure beds and pillows are crisply ironed
Decoration: Here you should basically decide how much “additional decoration” should be shown in the rooms. If you like to add flowers, champagne, fruit plates, books, etc but do not go above, what’ a guest will find usual in the room.
Obtain suitable flowers if desired. It often seems more modern to set highlights with individual flowers instead of showing big bouquets.
Actual trend is not to decorate too much and to show the rooms as they really are.
Make sure the windows and bathroom mirrors are clean.
Make sure all light bulbs are working.
Stock the bathroom amenities and toiletries.
Organize or put away objects that clutter your space, and remove any objects you don’t want photographed
SPA
If a treatment room should be photographed, a staff member can act as models. One acts as guests the other as the therapist performing a massage. treatment room can be prepped with candles to create a moody atmosphere.

HOTEL FRONT / EXTERIOR
For the shoot, please remove cars, to have a clear view, the same for waste bins and bell carts. The landscape and garden should be maintained if possible.
MODELS
Have all models, both professional or staff sign a waiver, this will authorise you to use their images. This is important, to avoid any complications, in particular if staff subsequently moves on to another hotel.
